IE 6 and Restore

I have 4 separate users on my computer and just recently noticed that IE 6
is slow to start up on the other users desktops. I installed IE 7 which
only made the slowness more aparent. It took 12 seconds before the Google
page displayed while using IE 7 and after uninstalling it and going back to
IE 6 is when I noticed the slow start up compared to my desktop. Any ideas?

The other problem I have is that Restore doesn't work. I hav tried turning
it off and back on but when I actually needed to use all I ever get is
"nothing has been changed .........."!
