IE 6.0

i'm having a problem with installing flash player on my IE version 6.0.
Everytime when i try to install the flash software from one of the site that
i got to it said " Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify
the publisher. " On my other computer it has no problem what so ever. i have
check the settings in IE to see if there is any different but i couldn't
find, so could someone try to help me with this issue i would apprecitated.

Check your Add-on Manager; is Flash/Macromedia/Adobe blocked?

If your Information Bar - again, assuming XP SP2, blocks the ActiveX install,
right-click on the Info Bar to accept the download/install.
