Hello,
I'm running IE 6.0 on WinXP. When I click the maximize
icon, for right click on IE on task bar and
select "maximize" the window usually enlarges to cover
the whole screen.
I was going to websites, typed the wrong name, and all
the sudden I was being asked to install gator. I clicked
no, but the window I was in re-sized. When I went back
to the IE window, it said the program is trying to close
the window. I clicked no.
Since that time, when I try to maximize IE, the window
only takes up half the size of my screen. I can click
and drag the corners to cover the screen, but I want to
be able to click the maximize button to do this.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks.
