IE 6.0 will not open

I am running Win XP Home and I created a second user. On
my user account my IE 6 works fine but on the other user
account IE 6 will not open. I click it and the hourglass
comes up to show the computer working but it never opens.
Can someone help me. Thank you

1. Click Start, Run, and type inetcpl.cpl. [or control inetcpl.cpl]
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
