IE 6.0 Proxy settings grayed out

On my terminal server in Internet Options, the Proxy
server settings are grayed out towards the bottom of the
window. We are going to be putting a proxy in place but
since these are grayed - cant get any further on to test
as is.

I did and did see anything configured for internet
explorer at all - not configured they all say. This is
what is confusing me.

Hmm...how about the proxy settings in the computer
configuration?

If you set these proxy settings through group policies,
(event though the proxy option is greyed out) can you
access the internet through the proxy server?
