IE 6.0 problem

Hi I have a latest DELL PC running preinstalled windows
XP and IE 6.0. Recently experienced a problem, I can not
open multiple instances of the browser, the second double
click of IE icon always kills the previously opened
browser, thus I can only have one copy of the browser
opened. Anyone know what might be the problem ? I also
tried to download all SP1 and all other related updates
but no help.

Use Ctrl+N ?
IE>tools internet options>advanced>disable reuse window for launching
shortcut?
 
Do you have Yahoo Companion installed? That can cause the problem you
describe.
