When I type in a url address manually, my browser automatically is adding a dash at the end of the url when I hit enter. It casue a message that says the page cannot be found. What would cause it to do this. I have run spybot, Lavasoft ad-aware, hijack this and trend virus and this has not stopped it. Any ideas?

Check this out.

Some program (usually spyware\parasite) may have overridden the URL prefix
setting?
