IE 6.0 Help Please!!!!

Everytime when I close the internet explorer window after
browsing the web I get the message about internet
explorer encountering a problem and needing to close,
bringing up the error reporting box. This also happens
with windows explorer.

The module name in question is ntdll.dll.

Please someone help me!

Do you have a corresponding "cannot write to/read from
0x00****" memory error popping up from time to time.

Are you loading and using the Custom CD burning software
for CD-R(W)?
If so, go to the following location:
Control Panel| Performance and maintenance| Admin Tools |
Services
Look up the "IMAPI CD Burning COM" and double click on it.
Choose the "Disable" option from the drop down list on tab
1, Click on [apply] , Select tab 2 and click on disable
under the profiles area and apply. Click on [ok]. Close and
restart.

Also , if you haven't done so in a while, Defrag the drive--
but use the disk cleanup first.
