IE 6.0 FTP Login As option is missing

Under the File menu option, I have one PC that has an
option to "Login As..." when I am at an FTP Site. The
other PC does not have this option, even though the
Advanced options are identical.

How do I turn this option on?

Check the similarity of the settings here: Tools...Internet Options...Security...click on Internet Zone if the FTP site is on the web, click Custom, scroll down to the bottom to User Authentication/Logon
