IE 6.0 ~ Favorites Question

Using IE 6.0 on Win 2000/NT. For some time, my Favorites have stopped
dropping completely down when I access the button. Instead, it's truncated
with the most cureently used highlighted darker.

I've searched all over for the fix, but cannot locate it. I hope someone
can tell me how to set a default so that the entire Favorites column drops
down. Thanks.
