For some reason, I can't access File/Send/Page by E-mail / or Send/Link by
E-mail from the File menu bar with Internet Explorer 6. Nothing happens when
I attempt to use them. Appreciate any help. Thanks

In Internet Options, Programs, do you have an e-mail
program specified?

Yes, I check all the settings in both IE6 and OLE. I even found an MSN fix
page, Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 306098, that provided guidance to
check the Registry( HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Outlook
Express) and it checks out OK,
i.e. (one is Default, which has a value of Outlook Express, and the other is
DLLPath, which contains the path to Msoe.dll on your computer) and that's
ok too.

I'm about to remove and reinstall IE6.

From http://www.fjsmjs.com/OE/defaultl.htm

Go to Start | Run and type this command, with the double quotes and spaces:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

and then make sure that OE is selected as the default mail program in both
IE and OE.

If that isn't enough, see this article:
"Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work Using Outlook Express as Default:

You might also want to try this:

To set Outlook 98, 2000 or 2002(XP) as the default mail client,- Go to
Start, Run - Type in the following with quotation marks and press OK
"C:\program files\microsoft office\office\outlook.exe" /checkclient
