I've talked with Cox Communications because when my wife
gets into her email account on Outlook Express, I have
been having an error message when we try and switch
identities. After selecting my name, it then comes up
and asks me for an identity password, which it never has
done before. The Cox support person told me I had to
contact someone at Microsoft because they do not have
access to the identity password. I told him we have
never had a problem with this identity password until
last week, for the first time ever, Outlook Express was
not letting us access our email accounts. It kept
telling me to enter my user name and password but
wouldn't let me type anything in. When we called Cox
Support, they did some kind of rebuild of our account at
their end. Any help that can be given would be greatly
appreciated. I am not a computer programmer type and
these type of errors are really frustrating especially
when no one seems to be able to help.
