Identity management in Outlook vs Express

My wife, my daughter and I share one PC at home.
When we ran Outlook Express for e-mail, there was a facility called 'manage
identity' which enabled easy separation of our 3 e-mail accounts.
Now we run Outlook, I can't find a way of doing the same thing. All our
e-mails end up in the same in-box.
How can I restore this facility in Outlook?

You can use mail profiles to accomplish this in Outlook. See
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829918 for details.
You may want to investigate using XP user accounts (if you are not already
doing so), as you could eliminate the need to prompt for a profile, since
each XP user account could have its own default mail profile.
