Identities in Windows Mail

I am very disappointed about the removal of the identities functionality in
Windows Mail. I saw the Steve Cochran utility available for purchase. Has
anyone used this utility? Do you have any other suggestions for having the
identies functionality without having to create separate Windows user
accounts? Thanks for the help.

It was removed by the developers, citing "security" considerations with the
hope that users would instead create a new user account. I've used Steve's
program and it works quite well if you are unwilling to create new users
accounts. As with any other program that "touches" your stored mail, I
would recommend backup of the message store before installing and at
frequent intervals after installing. It's just cheap insurance against a
catastropic loss.
