identifying why a rule blocked a ligitimate email

I have set up rules to block unsolicited spam and porn.
ocassionally a ligitimate email is blocked. Is there an
upgrade or third party software that would show me why a
message was blocked or in other words, what rule or word
in a rule casue the incoming message to be blocked.
 
What version of Outlook are you running? The Junk filter in Outlook
2003 rocks. Perhaps, you should consider upgrading your client?
