Identifying poolmon tags

I am trying to use Poolmon to track down leak on a
Windows 2000 server (used primarily for Terminal
Services). With Poolmon I have found the tags which
appear to be the most likely offenders, but I am
struggling to find out what these tags relate to.

I have tried the poolmon /g switch to show the mapped
driver column but this returns a 'unknown switch' message.

Please can someone offer some advice to help identify
what these tags mean.
