HELP! HELP! CM35 driver tag in kernel memory leak

I am in a bad need of some assistance. We ran poolmon on a server and it
shows a memory leak on CM35 driver tag. (not sure if this is the right
verbage) I can not find anything about who or what program this driver is
associated with on the web. Does anyone have any information on this driver?
