Hi

I have two customers who, using IE6 on XP sp2, go to the same URL and one
sees the images and the other doesn't.

They have both compared their IE settings and claim that they are identical.

They also claim that neither have any software to block advertising, popups
etc.

So, what I really need to do is to get them to run a script or something on
their PCs that outputs to a file their IE settings and send it to me to
compare.

1 - is there a such a tool available that will achieve this?

2 - if not, how can I achieve this (I have developers available to help)

Thanks in advance

Griff

1. Have they each done ALL updates? This is the most likely reason for
something different.

2. They said they have no blocking software but one may quite possibly
installed something like MSN Search which also has blocking.

I wouldn't be surprised if you find the difference in one of the above.

check add/remove program in their machines, u will be surprised there may be
3rd party software installed withouth them knowingly
