IDE LS-120 drive capacity and format issues

Help i have an LS-120 ide drive in my machine running
windows 2000 pro sp-4 and it shows as a high capacity
drive but only recognizes small floppys it fails to read
high capacity ls-120 diskettes and say's they are
unformatted and only gives 740kb in format tab any ideas
how to resolve this issue any help would be most
appreciated thanks
 
Go to website of "insert brand name of LS-120 manufacturer here" and
read trouble shooting FAQ for unit.
