In fact, I have a database in word format but have already cut and paste to
excel. However, my boss would like me to create this datebase in access bcos
it is much easier to update the new information. I want to know is there
anyway to make the changes in access but the final version shows in word or
excel format? (bcos it is difficult to make 3 columns in report)

Yes, you can create a form in access that will appear in datasheet
view. Simply create a form and drag all of the fields from the table
on to the form and set DefaultView property to datasheet view. Or if
you just want to view the table, you can just open the table in access.
There are plenty of options for you, if these dont help let me know.

Hi Janice,

Janice, its really easy to create a three column report. Create a new
report then goto File, Page setup, and then click on the column
bookmark tab.

You can select width, distance between, and everything else that you
ever dreamed of setting in a columns properties.

Good luvk
