ICS?

I have my dsl modem in bridged mode and it wont allow me to turn on ics, it
says somthing is using the ip needed for automatic ip assigning, but if i
type ipconfig at the cmd prompt it shows nothing using 192.168.0.1.

please please help.
 
You need to post more info. But I would suggest going to this site and
