ICS vs NAT

Hi,
I need to configure NAT on an XP (Pro/HE) whose public connection is
already on 192.168.0.x/24, so ICS is not an option. Windows Firewall
is also active and protects public connection.
First off, is this possible? Can I have NAT on XP beyond what's been
provided by ICS?
Existence of 'netsh routing ip nat' context suggests it, but I haven't
been able to make it work so far.
Are RRAS and WF/ICS services mutually exclusive in this context?

I need authoritative answers (no guesswork) since I've already spent
too much time on this issue, please help.
thanks

No - RRAS/NAT is exclusive to the Server OS. XP has no native NAT server
support other than ICS. There are third party programs that can provide NAT
on an XP machine.
