ICS problem

When i try to check the "allow others to connect" box in the ICS properties
section, I get the message "Error 1060 This service does not exist as an
installed service"

What does this mean? and how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help
 
What's the Service Pack level of your system?
Can you run the following command post the output here?

cmd /k sc qc dhcp
(Type in Start, Run)
