ICS for broadband WAN and remote dialup PCs

I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past 2 weeks to
share my DSL connection with another PC on dialup.
Initially i got it working on a WinME. I enabled the
internet connection sharing and dialup server. The dial
up server connects to the DSL PC on WinME but it still
cannot access the internet.

Does anyone know if this is possible on W2K and WinXP. To
recap. I want to share my DSL connection with 1-2
computers via dialup.

Please help me :)

Set all connections to obtain IP automatically. Then configure ICS on the
DSL connection.
