I keep getting a message about ICP host not allowed.

Whenever I send an e-mail to some of my friends at AOL. I have windows XP
and am currently using Comcast.

The only reference I can find to ICP is "Internet Cache Protocol". Can you
post the full message you get here, just to see if it helps more.
