Icons

I use Windows XP that I just loaded. I have a floppy
disks with pictures on it that I would like to use as
icons. However, all those pictures are .tiff files and I
cannot figure out how to convert them to icon or icon
files so I can use them as icons. Can anyone please give
me some advise.

You'll need a program to convert\create icons. There are several
free ones available and some others which are not free. Go here to
search: www.cnet.com and www.winfiles.com
