Is there a way I can eliminate icons not in use in the Taskbar by the Clock
in Wind.XP.Pro?

- Right-click an empty area on the taskbar
- click "properties" in the new menu
- tick "hide inactive icons" and click "customize"
- pick and choose as you see fit

do you just want to hide them or delete them?
what type of icons do you have that you want not to show or exist?
