Yes. The icons are actually kept in folders under either each user's name
under Documents & Settings. There are icons that are for everyone under the
All User or Default User section.
Point to the Start button, right click and choose "Explore". It will open
up under your user name and show you the items (icons) in your Start Menu.
You will see all of the icons there and under Programs that are specific to
you. You can scroll up or down and find other others and notice the icons
specific for them. Under "All Users" are the icons that will show up for
everyone. You can cut and paste, copy or delete if you like. Good luck.
