Icons Stacking on top of each other

I just reformatted and reinstalled windows. My icons are
stacking, by this i mean My Computer, IE, Recycle bin
have two icons on top of one another. Below IE is another
IE that cant be deleted and if I move icons the other
icon is seen below and distorts the one on top. These
Icons cannot be removed. Help Please

It sounds like you have a problem with your video card drivers. Did you
install new ones for XP?
