icons r not showing

i am not getting any icons visible.it is showing black instead of
original.

file menu full not showing any icons. only words will show. not the

TweakUI may be able to repair your icons.

TweakUI 2.10 requires Windows XP Service Pack 1 or higher.

Within TweakUI, go to "Repair" and select "Rebuild Icons".

You can download TweakUI 2.00 from Ramesh's Website if you do not meet
the requirements.
