Icons in User Accounts Window

Hi all,
Last night i noticed that the icons on the left side of the user accounts
window had disapeared, can anyone help ?

Now what i see instead of the red X are three question marks, is this normal
?? Because i don't remember what used to show.

Can you send me a screenshot? If so, remove the "XOX" string from my email
id.
