icons destroyed II

My computer was infected with PE.LOOK B
All icons were gone leaving a squary icon on itself
How do I rescue/retrieve my lost icons?
All application icons spreading over my 7 partitions were destroyed
altogether

Didn't you post this earlier? No need to keep reposting the same question.
