Hi,
Right on your desk top and select Personalize. Then Windows Color and
Appearance. Then "Open classic appearance properties for more color options".
Then select the advanced button. Then select the pulldown menu and you will
find icon spacing.
Control Panel, Personalizations, Color and Appearance, click 'Open classic
appearance properties ...", click "Advanced" button, see "Items" drop box
for "Icon Spacing (Horizontal)" and "Icon Spacing (Vertical)"
