Icon sites

Anyone know any good sites for desktop icons. Especially the higher quality
XP style icons. Thanks.

Thanks for that. Quick question on icons. Some of the 128x128 icons are
quite large (158kb), if these are displayed onscreen only as the usual icon
size 32x32 are all the sizes loaded in memory (ie the full 158kb), or just
the 32x32 image (prob c.20kb). Thanks again.
