Icon not loading in Task Bar?

I have a sound program that loads when I boot up. It was putting a icon in
the task bar. Does not appear in the bar now, it is running, just no Icon

Checked msconfig and the program is their. Reloaded the program
Still no Icon in the task bar. I see it is always active under Past items
in the customize area.

Try disabling the SSDP Discovery Service and the Universal Plug and Play
Device Host service.
