icon erratic on system tray

At boot 10 to 20 Spyware icons come to the System Tray
and then after mousing over, most disappear. And, then
the only one remaining often disappears. Is the program
still running?

This is typical of a low memory condition - something is
not well on your computer. And it's probably not MS
AntiSpyware....
