ICF per wireless network

Is it possible to have the ICF automatically enable or
disable depending on which wireless network it's
associated with? For example, my home network is behind
a hardware firewall, and the ICF can interfere with file
sharing, so I like to leave it off, but I also use it on
a public wireless network on a university campus, where
it gets a public IP address, and I'd like to have it on.
If it could switch automatically, based on SSID, that'd
be great, but I don't see an option for that. Is it
possible?

There's nothing built into Windows XP that can do what you want.

An alternative is to disable ICF and install a firewall program that
you can configure to allow local area network access while blocking
access from the Internet.
