Ican not get my tv to install

I have a all-in-wonder 9700 video card and i am trying to
hook up my tv so i can record game play but i get no
picture.how do i enable it?

make sure the tv is turned on, make sure the cable - s-video- is conenced
right and youre TV turned to the proper chanel to view the s-video chanel.

reboot your computer, then go to display, ti should now show the 2nmd
display - your tv.
