ICalendar options

Hello all....
I'm running Exchange 2003 SP1, with Outlook 2003. The option to send
meeting requests over the internet, using Ical, is greyed out (In
Outlook...Tools --> Options --> Preferences --> Calendar Options tab). I can
send via ical when I create the meeting request, but cannot turn it on
permanently. Any ideas??

This is normal. Exchange is supposed to handle the conversion of the meeting
request to iCal when it goes to an external recipient. You don't need to set
it.
