IBM Rapid Restore Install

Has anyone successfully installed "IBM Rapid Restore Ultra"
on a Netvista with Win XP Home?
I have tried the latest release, and get an undocumented error,
INVALIDFRS, when attempting to resize the IBM support partition.

I have SP1 installed for Win XP.

I have SP1 installed for Win XP.

You should contact IBM tech support for this issue. There is a
possibility, of course, that someone reading this newsgroup will also
have the same computer as you and have the same problem, but chances of
getting a useful answer are greater if you go directly to IBM since
this is an issue with their product.

Done that, been there.
Even spoke to XPoint.
No info available.
Install recommendation was to reformat drive and
go back to original install.
