When my Norton Virus tries to do a full system scan, it
locks up the computer in c:\I386\lang folder. I have not
installed anything new, virus updates are current (and
always have been), firewall is up. Don't know why this is
happening. Any ideas?

NAV seems to cause far more than its fair share
of system problems. If this PC was my responsibility
then I would change to Trend Internet Security. It's
very rare that you read about Trend in these newsgroups.
