This wouldn't be the way to do it, though; this newsgroup is for peer
support and discussion of Microsoft Access, not a means to contact
Microsoft directly. What is it you're trying to register? And are you
sure, by the way, that the second part of the number is "0EM" and not
"OEM"?

It looks like your 0EM should be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) I
would not expect the numeric number zero to be part of that three character
section.
