How can I edit the names that Outlook suggests in the To; or Cc; lines? When
typing in a name Outlook automatically suggests a name to enter. Some of
them are invaid and I would like to get rid of those invalid names. How do I
edit this?

C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxxx.yyyyy\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
where xxxxx = user and yyyy= computer discription

And then look for the most recient *.NK2 file.

It would appear that the "suggest function" uses this file, and notepad or
wordpad will open it and you can search and edit.

However I have yet to find an editor that will allow you to work cleanly
with this file. If you find one, let me know.

Hope this helps.

Or, more simply

%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

which will work on Windows 2000, XP, or Vista.

No you can't. It's not a human-readable file. Instead, use
http://www.ingressor.com/ (very good, very capable, but not free) or
http://www.nk2.info/ (rather limited, but free).
