I wish to email the contents of a folder (Emails) to a colleague

I have received 300 emails concerning 1 subject. I wish to flag about 120 of
these and send them by email to a colleague. Alternately I could send a copy
of the whole folder. It it possible to fag or tag the messages in order for
them to be forwarde? Or how do I email a copy of the whole folder, without
having to forward the individual email messages (which would be time-consuing
and inefficient).

If I were in your situation I would create a new .PST file, then drag
and drop the folder into the new file. Close Outlook, then ZIP it up,
and send off the zipped file via email.

Well, flag the ones you want to forward. Group the view by flags, and drag
the flags into a new message which will just attach them to the new message
for you to send.
