I will try here. I can't get anything to download from the web.(
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/forms/sr/sr1.pdf ) Is one site in particular. I get an
empty page with an icon with an exclamation mark in the lower left corner
and it says done. Can someone tell me how to remedy this?

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (or a compatible application)
installed so that you can open/read Portable Document Format (*.pdf) files?
