It takes forever to get through your baby-ish dialogue boxes. what used to
take 5 minutes is now an excruciating exercise in teaching someone who knows
nothing how to do a mail merge, etc. YOU STINK and have cause me a lot of
grief. I HATE it beyond belief. Sorry if you don't want to hear it, but it
is true.
 
Feel better? However much time it took you to compose that diatribe was
time you wasted :-)

Why don't you express your dissatisfaction with Microsoft rather than
crabbing in a public newsgroup shared by thousands of ordinary users just
like you?
