Not only that - you posted twice in a similar manner but with different
typos. heh

You can set a password on one document if the application you created it
with has such functionality. Microsoft Word has this ability. You can use
the built in help in Word to find out how to do this.

Now all programs have this ability, but there are third party methods to do
it for almost any file/folder.
