I want to save a copy of a wksht. but without any of the formulas

Is there a trick to saving a worksheet keeping all values but erasing the
formulas behind the cells? I have been copying a excel workbook that others
in my company edit and displaying our content on SharePoint. My company owns
a version of SPoint that doesn't support many of Excel's features used in
creations of workbooks, thus leaving me with editing out lots of things (Even
IMAGES!). haha.

But my question is, can i easily take out formulas, vlookups, macros, or
other things and still preserve the cell contents as they are even when the
values rely on other sheets or looking up something in other cells with
formulas?

thanks!
Mike

You can click on the intersection of the row and column identifiers in
order to select all cells in a sheet. Then you can click on <copy> and
right-click and select Paste Special | Values (check) | OK then <Esc>.
All your formulae will have been converted to values on that sheet.
You can repeat this for other sheets. Then you can use File | Save As
in order to save the file with a different name.

Hope this helps.

Not sure I understand but:
Select all the cells and Copy, followed by Paste Special Values

On an individual sheet, select the entire sheet and Copy then Paste Special -
Values

Thank you Pete. i think all the posters got this correct. I was hoping
there was a trick where you can save the design on the sheet, but just
eliminate the code behind the cells that bring in each value. For ex. if i
had conditional formatting on the sheet i wanted to keep that, or just for
instance keep the fill colors of other cells. I'll try redesigning it and
then maybe if its saved once i can then just copy values into the cells that
are non-static and preserve other formats in this way. appreciate the fast
reply!!
