I want to modify HTML source in Outlook NOT Outlook Express

Does anybody know how to modify HTML in Outlook, in a similar way that you
can do in Outlook Express.
(I use Dreaweaver to create my news letter and cut and paste the HTML souce
into Outlook Express, which works fine. However I have to move to Outlook
and will not be able to use Express shortly).
