I want to make address Proof format on access

Hi all,

I am very new user of access, I don't know anything in access and I have no
idea about programming also but I am quiet fluence in excel and word. My boss
has said that make a format of address proof in access, So that just putting
Name, address and date of joining into a specific table, a sheet of address
proof will prepare. Can anyone help me on this.

Jai,

I'm not sure what you mean by "address proof". We'll also need a bit more
information to help you. It would also serve you very well to obtain and
study a reference book on Access. It is quite more complex than Excel and
Word, and some aspects of it are not intuitive either.

I'm *GUESSING* that the term "address proof" means a sheet of paper containing
addresses for human review. That's a pure guess, since I've never seen the
term used before.

If that's the case, then store the address information in a Table, and create
a Report to print it out in the format that you desire.
